In general, the Administrator will be responsible for:
In general, the Administrator will be responsible for:
- Support the
divisional head in organizing and coordinating the division’s operations,
procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency in the
day to day operation.
- Implementing
general administrative procedures and policies including policies on
communication, office security, office cleanliness and health and safety
within the division;
- Maintaining
all documentation and feedback related to the division;
- Coordinating
orientation of new employees in the division;
- Support the
Division Head in drafting reports required for senior management meetings;
- Coordinating
meetings, conferences and presentations for the division;
- Typing
official documents as directed by the head of the division;
- Filing any
contracts and or agreements that are relevant to the division’s work;
- Applying for compliance
certificates for all the equipment within the division;
- Logging all
queries and requests to the division’s from both internal and external
sources;
- Working with
the head of division to prepare draft correspondence and documents;
- Keeping a
record of all meetings for the section and drawing action plans for follow
up sessions;
- Passing
feedback from the section to end users in a timely and professional
manner;
- Supporting the
Division Head in drafting internal and external communication protocols;
- Maintaining
files; including daily filing, file organization, opening files, closing
files, etc.;
- Prepare daily
reports on the location and mechanical status of equipment; and
- Perform any
other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor within the
scope of the position.

response to all enquiries
- Effective and
efficient filing and document retrieval system.
The successful candidate
should have the following qualifications:
- A University
degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Experience in
administration in operations, logistics, transport, freight, constructions
and engineering in preferred.
- Basic staff
administration exposure such s attendance and leave management will be an
added advantage.
- Computer
literate with excellent Word and Excel Reports and presentation writing
skills.
- Good interpersonal
and team work skills.
- Ability to
multitask and meet deadlines set.
- Must be
organized and detailed oriented
- Able to plan
and executive work while under minimum supervision.
