We are inviting applications for the following position:
Project Implementation Officer – Health
(2 Positions – Nairobi & Mombasa)
The role of the Project Implementation Officer (PIO-Health) is to facilitate implementation of quality health, nutrition and HIV initiatives to improve well-being of OVC and their caregivers.
S/he will complement the County Coordinators and the Health and HIV services Technical Lead as well as partners to deploy evidence-based strategies, clarify standards, and adopt/adapt curricula and guidelines to deliver the 90; 90; 90 strategic interventions, Nutrition interventions, strengthen access to social safety nets and health waivers including: NHIF for OVC and their Households.
S/he will be charged with implementation of Health and HIV case management strategy to improve timely linkages and referrals to services – efforts that will complement and support ongoing efforts to strengthen the continuum of response to link individuals to community, clinical (especially HIV and protective services).
In addition, s/he will play a key role in integration health messaging, and integrating health education in other project interventions.
