Administrative Assistant
Location: Machakos
Responsibilities
·
Answer and direct phone calls
·
Organize and Schedule meetings
·
Write and distribute emails,
correspondence memos, letters and forms
·
Order office supplies
·
Maintain contact lists
·
Ensure cleanliness and office
maintenance
·
Develop and maintain a filing system
for the office
·
Provide general assistance to
visitors
Qualifications
·
Minimum diploma in business
administration, office management or any other related field
·
Minimum of 3 year experience
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
