Duties
and Responsibilities
·
Achieve maximum sales profitability,
growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market
segment by effective by effectively selling the Commission’s products and/or
related services
·
Personally, contacts and secures new
business accounts/customers

Promotes/sells/secures new business

Demonstrates products and services to
existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to
their needs

Establishes develops and maintains

to the organization

Plans and organizes personal sales
strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment
·
Execute sales promotions and
overseeing merchandising activities
·
Monitor and report on market and

Qualifications
and Experience
·
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or
related discipline from accredited university
·
Minimum two (2) years’ sales
experience in FMCG environment
·
Must have excellent interpersonal
skills
·
Must possess excellent verbal and
written communication skills
·
Demonstrated aptitude for problem
solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales
approach)

Must be result orientated and able to
work both independently and within a team environment

Depot Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
·
Oversee the production process at the
depots and ensure that all international quality hygiene standards are met
·
Coordinate all maintenance works at
the factories and storage facilities to ensure work efficiency and their
optimal use
·
Manage relationships and ensure
customer satisfaction through regular contact and resolution of issues
·
Ensure that the set sales targets for
the depot are achieved
·
Supervise all financial operations in
the Depots in liaison with the Chief Accountant
·
Liaise with all relevant Heads of
Departments at the Head Office for purposes of applying same policies and
procedures as appropriate
·
Develop and recommend an appropriate
annual budget for depot operations
·
In consultation with Production
Manager, diversify processing of meat products in accordance with the market
demand dynamics
Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor degree in Food science and
technology/ Economics or Business Administration from accredited university
·
3 years’ experience in a food
manufacturing industry.

Exposure in quality standards
·
Demonstrated high degree of professionalism
and competence in the meat industry

course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution

Developing and managing brands with

facilities and maintain a comprehensive maintenance and repair schedule

Maintain an updated inventory of the
Commission housing units
·
Liaise with the housing tribunal on
matters relating to the Commission housing
·
Follow up on commission lands title
deeds and surveying matters
·
Advise the Commission on housing
matters
·
Prepare monthly housing management
reports
Qualifications and Experience
·
Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics
·
At least 3 years working experience
