industry is seeking to recruit Assistant
Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
- Identify and
analyze the business opportunities within the defined territory.
- Schedule and
attend client meetings with decision makers with a view of identifying
client needs, presenting and selling benefits of the company's products.
- Obtain
knowledge of competition offerings.
- Demonstrate
strong knowledge of the market environment and how the company's product
portfolio benefits the customers' needs.
- Account
Management which includes enhancing and building customer relationships
and interaction with key stakeholders.
- Submit accurate
and timely business information reports when required.
- Meet required
sales targets and review performance progress on a regular basis.
- Create
weekly/monthly sales forecasts on revenue/target management and end of
month reports on revenue and sales performance.
- Manage multiple
tasks, handle communications to all levels of personnel and external
clients and resolve issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of
Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
- At least 3
years' relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong sales
skills, instincts and behavior.
- Ability to
network with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to
demonstrate previous success in achievements preferably within a sales
environment.
- Previous
experience in sales, negotiating and account management required.
- Strong
interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
