(CFS) situated within Mombasa Island.
In order to strengthen the management
in line with our vision, we are looking to fill the position of a Human Resources Manager with a suitable candidate to be based at our Nairobi office.
The
ideal candidate will report to the General Manager
Qualifications
and Experience
·
Higher diploma in Human Resource
Management
·
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in
business studies and a legal background would be an added advantage
·
5 years’ experience in a Human
Resource Department
·
Must be a member of IHRM with a
practicing certificate
·
Good understanding of the Labour Laws
·
Knowledge of Human Resource Information
System
·
Experience in Industrial Relations
·
Knowledge in Quality. Health, Safety.
Security & Environment
·
Must be Computer literate
·
Must have good communication and
organization skills
Main
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Develop and implement HR strategies
and initiatives in line with the Company’s goals.
·
Review and manage effective
recruitment strategies
·
Assist in administration of HR
Policies, addressing of staff grievances and handling of disciplinary issues
·
Develop and implement sustainable
training and development plans
·
Manage payroll and related statutory
compliance matters
·
Maintain and compile HR reports and
employee data
·
Oversee the entire administration
function, including office security, office equipment & facilities and
office supplies
·
Develop a list of prequalified
suppliers of goods and services
·
Prepare Human Resource and
Administration budget
