Office Assistant Job in Nairobi Kenya

Kimisitu Sacco is a national Savings & Credit Society drawing its members from Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Embassies, International Missions and other Reputable Organizations in Kenya. 

We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of an Office Assistant (1 position).

Supervisor: 
HR & Admin Officer
 
Job Purpose: To run errands and provide general administrative and logistical support
 

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Delivery and dispatch of all correspondences from the office and ensuring that all bills are paid on time 
  • Processing of membership cards 
  • Assist the Registry Assistant in management of files 
  • Driving and general management of the society van 
  • Marketing of the Sacco
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C-
  • Relevant Certificate in business management/office management/human resource/secretarial studies
  • Must have a valid driving licence Class BCE
  • Minimum 2 (two) years relevant experience and three year’s driving experience
Skills: 
  • ICT skills (Ms-Office, email and internet)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and people skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional driving skills
