Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Embassies, International Missions and
other Reputable Organizations in Kenya.
We are
seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of an Office Assistant (1 position).
Supervisor: HR & Admin Officer

Main
duties and responsibilities:
- Delivery
and dispatch of all correspondences from the office and ensuring that all
bills are paid on time
- Processing
of membership cards
- Assist
the Registry Assistant in management of files
- Driving
and general management of the society van
- Marketing
of the Sacco
Qualifications
and Experience:
- Kenya
Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C-
- Relevant
Certificate in business management/office management/human
resource/secretarial studies
- Must
have a valid driving licence Class BCE
- Minimum
2 (two) years relevant experience and three year’s driving experience
Skills:
- ICT
skills (Ms-Office, email and internet)
- Interpersonal
Skills: Good communication and people skills
- Good
organizational skills
- Professional
driving skills
