Duties and Responsibilities:
- Representing
the company in all customer contacts, giving the best service.
- Responsible
for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and
service delivery.
- Listening
to the customers’ needs and assisting them making the right choice.
- Communicating
with the Customers in a professional manner and maintain relationships
with existing and new customers.
- Providing
uninterrupted service by:
1.
Solving the customers’ problems
2.
Clarify to the customers the company’s Terms and Conditions when
it is needed
3.
Explaining how to use the company’s games and services
4.
Assisting the customers with on-going marketing campaigns
5.
Escalate and follow up customer cases when needed
Minimum
Requirements:
- Preferably
College / University graduates
Key
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:
- All
candidates must be highly motivated, initiative with a go-getter type of
personality.
- Must
be adaptable to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must
have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work
well under pressure.
- Highly
developed interpersonal skills and be able to work with clients in
accordance to company's standards.
- Experiences
with working in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Fluent
communication in English and Kiswahili both reading and writing.
- MUST
have a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
