Job Summary: We are hiring a Pharmacy Technician who will be responsible for managing medication distribution within our pharmacies and provide drug information and education to patients.

He/she should have complete understanding and appreciation of the pharmacy code and ethics in the pharmaceutical field.

He/ She must demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality of patient information. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Label and dispense prescribed medicines and provide information and advice to patients about how to use their medicines
  • Support the pharmacy team in performing final accuracy checks on dispensed medicines, immediately before they are handed out and provide dispensing training to the team as needed in order to ensure compliance with pharmacy code and ethics.
  • Responsible for selling and advising members of the community about over the counter medicines, cosmetics, hygiene products, and the management of minor ailments and healthy lifestyles
  • Responsible for ordering, labeling and counting stock of medications& supplies, and enter inventory data in the computer
  • Responsible for receiving and storing incoming supplies, verifying quantities against invoices and informing the stock manager  needs and shortages
  • Accountable for maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of all the changes that occur in the Pharmaceutical field
  • In addition to running our chemist, you will be interacting with the community and our patients. This includes:
  • Assisting when necessary with patient follow-up calls and coordination.
  • Participate in outreach events in the community.
  • Talk to patients and communicate their wants, needs, compliments, and complaints to the whole team.
Experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
  • Proficient in Supply chain management and Pharmacy operations will be an added advantage.

Job Summary
  • Managing cooperate clients accounts
  • Bringing in new sales
  • Develop and implement customer relationship policies and procedures
  • Define and communicate customer relationship standards
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer relationship levels and standards
  • Direct the daily operations of the customer relationship team
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer relationship delivery
  • Review customer complaints
  • Track customer complaint resolution
  • Handle complex and escalated customer relationship issues
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
  • Analyse relevant data to determine customer relationship outputs
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
  • Co-ordinate and manage customer relationship projects and initiatives
  • Ensure budget requirements are met
  • Evaluate and performance manage staff
  • Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
  • He/she shall take all contacts of interested customers for follow up and sharing with the sales team.
  • Preparation of proposals to prospective corporate clients requesting for a demonstration to their staff.
  • Conduct market research to understand current market conditions and competitor information.
  • Evaluate the productivity of the marketing events, advertising and promotional activities.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain good client relationships and satisfaction through teamwork with sales people.
  • Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by your supervisor.
Experience
  • Skill in negotiating/presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in computer.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Diploma/Degree holder.
