Executive
Personal Assistant
Responsibilities
- Schedule
meetings and conference calls; read and responded to email.
- Create
PowerPoint presentations for new business development.
- Prepare
daily reports, agendas, and compose letters using Excel and Word.
- Oversee
the completion of assignments and projects.
- Coordinate
outgoing mailings and invitations, and review incoming mail.
- Coordinate
detail travel arrangements and maintain busy calendar.
- Process
monthly expense reports and reconcile bank statements.
- Perform
cost allocation of invoices, prepare documents and organized files.
- Provide
direct and confidential executive level administrative support.
- Provide
exceptional customer service to clients and investors.
- Manage
health insurance and process expense reports.
- Screen
high volume phone calls; read and respond to email.
- Edit
and prepare correspondence and documents.
- Maintain
contact with all levels of other senior management, clients and guests.
- Oversee
landlord – tenant projects; prepare purchase requisitions.
- Review
timesheets for calculation of overtime, track employee vacation, sick
time.
- Maintain
weekly payroll; perform cost allocation of invoices.
Skills
- Must
be more strategic with finance/economics background
- At
least 3 years’ experience in the manufacture industry as a personal
assistant.
- Must be willing to relocate to Mombasa
