The Onsite Administrator will be responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse operation
 
 
Minimum Requirements
  • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
  • Proven warehouse supervisory experience
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Specification

Overall purpose of the job is to:
  • Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching  workers;
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
  • Making sure that all employees sign the timesheet to show attendance and hours worked.
  • communicating job expectations; planning and monitoring of employees
  • Making sure employees adhere to safety and health rules by wearing PPE’s all the time.
  • Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
  • Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
  • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
  • Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.
  • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
