Digital Manager

Reporting to 
Director - Marketing
 

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for digital campaigns and social media strategy
  • Plan and execute all web, marketing database, e-mail, social media and displays campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize expenditure and performance based on insights
  • Test and measure use of content across all social platforms
  • Assess the appropriateness of business leverage content
  • Develop a plan for internal digital production in liaison with brand management team
  • Manage high standards of content across websites and social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter ...)
  • Develop social and digital listening
Qualifications & Skills
  • University degree in Business or Marketing Management
  • At least 5 years experience in Digital Management from a digital agency or FMCG
  • Good in web design and social media
  • Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing Technology

Innovation & Consumer Insight Marketing Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop medium / long term global innovation strategy
  • Ensure all elements of innovation business case development and validation are ¡n place
  • Provides regular updates and organize meetings to update key stakeholders on project status
  • Executes innovation work plans by developing strong and effective creative briefs to agencies and for R&D
  • Proactively identifies key bottle necks, potential delays and resource gaps
  • Provide analytical support on development of innovations platforms

  • Supervise monthly stock takes and immediate resolution of stock variances
  • Maintain optimal stock holding for all inventory items
  • Ensure timely dispatch of products to the market
  • Co-ordinate entire logistic operations
  • Identify and Manage risk within the supply chain processes
  • Manage receipt and storage of supplies
Qualifications & Skills
  • University degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in computer packages

Credit Control Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales processing and timely debt collection
  • Ensure customer orders are correctly posted in the warehouses
  • Ensure monthly collection targets are strictly achieved
  • Review customer reconciliations on monthly basis
  • Ensure all credit invoices are updated in customer accounts
  • Preparation of monthly sales statistics
  • Strict monitoring of the daily sales reconciliation
  • Effectively manage debt to approved levels
  • Professionally resolve customer issues on a timely basis
  • Ensure full compliance with approved prices of all products
  • Follow up payment settlement & highlight potentially doubtful debts
  • Prevent revenue leakages
Qualifications & Skills
  • University degree in accounting or business management
  • CPA (K) or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer packages
  • At least 5 years working experience as an Accountant - Receivables
  • Familiarity with SYSPRO will be added advantage

Management Accountant

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Produce timely monthly management reports
  • Participate in generating departmental budgets
  • Manage the Fixed Assets account, inventory costing, pricing and stock takes
  • Manage cost accounting function and ensure proper cost allocations
  • Compilation of management accounts schedules
  • Provide reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products
  • Check and verify monthly milk reconciliation report and make recommendations
  • Investigate all inventory variances
  • Participate in audit preparation for timely completion of annual financial statement and tax returns
  • Check and analyse all goods in transit schedules
  • Co-ordinate weekly and monthly stock takes
Qualifications & Skills
  • University degree in accounting or business management
  • CPA (K) or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer packages
  • At least 5 years working experience as an Accountant
  • Familiarity with SYSPRO will be added advantage
