be responsible for acquisition of new business within the assigned Sales
locations.

- Deliver
set Sales targets in asset and liability for; SME, Personal Banking,
Advantage, Agent banking, Mortgage, Card, Micro Finance and Sahl products.
- Provide
excellent customer service.

customers.
- Conduct
door-to-door Direct selling
- Seek
customer feedback on bank products.

regular Sales reports.

The Position:Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the jobholder will be responsible to manage the Group HR Talent Management Framework in liaison with HR Business Partners, Senior HR Advisors, Resourcing Managers, Executive and Senior Line Management.
The Position:Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the jobholder will be responsible to manage the Group HR Talent Management Framework in liaison with HR Business Partners, Senior HR Advisors, Resourcing Managers, Executive and Senior Line Management.
The framework entails planning for
adequate resource cover and ensuring a healthy talent pipeline, career planning
and development, developing competent employees and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Senor
HR Advisors, and senior line management to assess development needs,
performing gap analysis, designing and leading programs that build people
management and leadership skills and capabilities.
- Provides support to line management all
phases/aspects of talent management such as succession management,
assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes , skill pool management,
competency definition (leadership and technical)
- Develops and or manages talent management
programs and or initiatives: Executive Leadership Development, Critical
Skills Acquisition, Management Trainee Program, Management Entry Program,
Annual Internship, Group Exchange Program, International Assignment and
International Training.
- Providing advisory support to line management
in developing training programs that align with the Bank’s talent
management plans.
- Manages the annual 360 degree feedback process.
- In liaison or collaboration with Service
Providers, coordinates the development delivery of talent management
training programs.
- Develops, manages and or maintains
relationships with INTERNAL / EXTERNAL customers/stakeholders/supplies
relating to own HR Area: Heads of Human Resources of International
Businesses, Training Service Providers, Coaches, Mentors, Assessors, Heads
of Departments, and Learning Institutions.
- Coordinates and executes talent audits across

The Position:Reporting to the Training Manager, the jobholder
will be responsible to deliver training for assigned training programs, courses
and curriculum for assigned HR area.
The jobholder will deliver
assignments relating to training cycles: identifying training needs, delivery
preparation, training delivery, implementation / applying learning and
evaluation within an HR area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate persons involved in delivering
training relating to own HR area (training delivery, internal line
trainers, external trainers, training facility management)
- Formulates input to the Learning, Development
and Talent plans and budgets relating to own HR Area.
- Formulates input to the Training Needs
Analysis (TNA), training calendar, training delivery, training curriculum,
aides and tools (development, maintenance, review, research, content,
documentation, media) relating to own HR area.
- Delivers assigned training courses and
programs relating to own HR area.
- Develops/reviews and maintains training
curriculum, content, materials documents, manuals, aids, tools, and media
relating to own HR area.
- Monitors and reports on the budget relating to
own HR area within approved Learning, Development and Talent budget.
- Implements the Group HR Policies, procedures
and processes relating to own HR area (refer to the Policy Execution
Matrix) and provides line management with INTERMEDIARY guidance on matters
arising thereof.
- Maintains relationships with INTERNAL /
EXTERNAL customers/stakeholders/supplies relating to own HR Area: Line
Managers, Training Service Providers, Curriculum Developer and Learning
Institutions, Shared Service Departments (Finance, Procurement).
- Maintain data, records and statistics relating
to own HR area: TNA documents, training calendars, schedules, invitation
and attendance data, staff leaner days and training evaluation (level 1 to
4).
The Person:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a HR Management OR a

Purpose: Reporting to the Head, Market Risk, the Jobholder
is responsible for analysis and reporting of market risks at the business unit
level in Treasury.
Key Responsibilities:

- Limit monitoring against set and approved
limits on a timely basis (Liquidity, Loan to Deposit, interest rate and
Counterparty Credit Limits) including investigation and
reporting/escalation of limit excesses to senior management.
- Support the MTM process by ensuring that the
MTM sources are updated and reflective of market rates/prices (mainly
yield curve building and fx rate sourcing.
- Maintenance of the Treasury Front office and
Market risk system, Kplus
- Validate Treasury P&L in Kplus system.
- Treasury fixed income management- Periodical
reconciliation of Treasury Bond and MM positions, investment policy
monitoring including reporting on performance
- Investigate and report fixed income
transactions to ensure within the off-market rates, in line with strategy
and within stop loss limits.
- Gathering data to use in review of MRM
policies and stress testing and scenario analysis
- Initiate VaR Validation, Risk vs Return
analysis and operationalize backtesting
- Deposit modelling and liquidity gap limit
development and monitoring
- Perform stress testing on Tresury FX forward
and FX swap portfolio and liquidity
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business related field
such as economics, finance, accounting from a recognized university
- Professional qualifications in
ACI/APRM/CRA/PRM/FRM is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is an
added advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in market risk
management that should include:

Experience in Limit setting,
Monitoring and Reporting against

Experience in risk and financial
analysis

calculation monitored against limits/reconciliation
4.
Experience in AML reporting
- Demonstrable understanding of business
fundamentals and the financial services industry.

and presentation skills.
