Customer Service Agent (Part Time)

Responsibilities:
  • Processing of orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Updating of customer information in the backend system
  • Answering customer queries or passing them on to the relevant person
  • Handling complaints from customers and vendors, as well as escalating them to the supervisor/manager if required
  • Actively being a brand ambassador during interactions with customers and vendors
  • Liaising with the dispatch team and follow up on orders to ensure delivery is made with the least disruption
Minimum Requirements:
  • Currently be pursuing or completed post-secondary education
  • Aged between 21 - 28 years
  • Young energetic and ready to work
  • Have a good command of English as well as Swahili
  • Willing and ready to learn and commit to the tasks assigned
  • Should be a team player
Work Hours: As this is a part time job, we are ideally seeking candidates who are flexible and willing to work during weekdays evening shifts (6.30pm to 10.30pm) and full day (8 hours) shifts over weekends.

Contract Terms: One year renewable contract
