Profile Introduction: Our client, an International Company, dealing with the provision of solutions in energy, healthcare, transportation and finance is seeking to recruit a travel and living Analyst based in Kenya.

The T&L Analyst would be to responsible in ensuring adherence to T&L Enterprise standard in the region, managing corporate card application process and continuously work on improving and standardizing T&L processes. 

 T&L Analyst would be one point of contact in Sub Saharan Africa for all businesses.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
  • 3 years’ work experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Excellent influencing skills in order to operate effectively in a team-based environment requiring cross-functional interaction.
Job Specification
  • Support Travel product offering in Sub Saharan Africa region
  • Generate travel management reports & analysis, trends, key indicators for business partners across the Sub Saharan Africa region.
  • Ensure compliance to T&L policy & procedures, work closely with business to ensure clear understanding on policy and requirements for expense reporting on concur
  • Responsible for all escalations related to queries, processes, reimbursements, corporate card and workflow request in Sub Saharan Africa  region
  • Manage corporate credit card application process for all employees in Sub Saharan Africa region.
  • Work with global team & Amex to trouble shoot or fast-track any issues regarding card issuance, blocks, renewals and off-boarding.
  • Working closely with corporate card Issuance Company to address issues faced by employees.
  • Work with country leads and document retention teams in Sub Saharan Africa to ensure compliance in local statutory requirements of the country.
  • Work with global team on regular reports for the region and leadership updates
  • Continuously work on improving T&L & corporate card process in the region to drive standardization & efficiency in compliance with GE T&L policy
  • Drive CONCUR implementation solution for acquired businesses and conduct regular trainings.
  • Work with sourcing for travel vendor, and ensuring adequate coverage for the region.
Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills; data driven, ability to collate data, generate and summarize reports. Familiar with Ms. Excel data analysis functions such as macros, and pivots.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, confident and able to work without supervision
  • Excellent Report writing, analysis, presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills,
  • High level of professionalism
