Management Accountant
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and supporting the production of management accounts including journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Preparing financial information in a variety of different presentation formats.
  • Preparing monthly reports as directed by the Senior Management Accountant.
  • Regular evaluation of costing and ensuring timely updates of changes to cost. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitoring actual performance against operating budget and provide variance explanations.
  • Carrying out revenue and expense trend analysis and reports.
  • Contributing to the evaluation of treatment packages by undertaking pricing analysis and financial assessments.
  • Preparing divisional financial reports, budgets, forecasts and commentaries. Identifying and reporting economy trends that may affect organization’s financial health.
  • Conducting research and analysis in supply chain market to identify facts, issues and trends. Contributing to development and maintenance of strategic contracts policies, procedures, documentation, data and records.
  • Conducting analysis and reporting on contract performance data. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Qualifications and Experience requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K))
  • 3 years management accounting working experience
