Customer Service Intern 
 
Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for operations follow up and customer service for some of client accounts.
  • Organizing regular meetings with the clients to get feedback and understand ways to improve the service.
  • Responsible for taking client phone calls and walk-ins, reporting to clients on status of their business
  • Provide feedback to management on improvement of the operations.
  • Providing solutions for customers.
  • Assist fellow workmates in the department
  • Any other work tasks requested by the supervisor.
Experience
  • Degree in related field
  • Good oral and writing skills

  • Basic knowledge oon good customer service
  • Great communication skills
