Our Client is a reputable Financial Services Company offering a ranger of market driven Financial products in the areas of saving schemes and local & off shore investment opportunities for middle to high income clients.
The Client is rolling out a Country wide Sales and Marketing strategy with sales branches being opened in the major cities/town of Kenya and the client need a strong team of sales leaders and sales staff. The team leaders will be responsible for rolling out the branch network by opening branch offices and recruiting sales staff. The sales representatives will be responsible to training the public on
personal
financial management and selling the financial products.
Qualification
A Diploma in any field, at least 2 years of continuous experience in selling insurance or banking products in one Insurance Company or Bank and at least 30 years of age.
Only individuals with a passion for Sales and who has own big dreams of financial success have a chance of making it in this job.
