MSF Swiss is recruiting for an experienced Human Resource Specialist on a project basis.
The
selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation process of a new
MSF Job Description framework and its maintenance in Kenya OCG Mission.
He/she reports hierarchically to the HR Coordinator in Kenya.
Main
responsibilities
- Develops
implementation plan of the MSF IRFFG Job descriptions
- In
collaboration with the Coordination team, will write and review the job
specifications for each role
- Responsible
for the implementation process and provides technical expertise until
completion of the process
- Advises
and guides the process with regard to administrative changes
- Organizes
information meetings/ working groups to prepare the implementation ;
- Reports
on implementation progress, shortcomings and risks to Referent at HQ and
adapts planning and/or implementation process accordingly.
- Keep
stakeholders informed
- Advises
on a proper maintenance structure
Profile
- Minimum
3 year previous experience in HR
- Experienced
project manager
- Prior
experience in implementation of function grids will be an asset.
- Competencies
required: Planning and organizing, results and quality oriented analytical
thinking, advisory skills.
- Ability
to work efficiently and independently
- A
good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Computers
skills and knowledge of World, Excel and Internet
- Good
communication and presentation skills
- Ability
to work independently, plan and organise his/her work.
- Previous
MSF experience will be an added advantage.
Start date: Immediately
