Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing exemplary service to all clients in order to ensure repeat sales through client satisfaction
  • To assist the corporate division with all administrative tasks
  • To prepare gate passes and assist corporate showroom client in the absence of corporate sales executives.
  • Receive calls and take messages for the corporate division
  • Deliver and collect tender documents
  • Collect cheques from clients once they are ready
  • Maintain neat organized filling for all important documents
  • Follow up and arrange for deliveries when required
  • To adhere to and uphold Hotpoint’s core values
Requirements:
  • Minimum college degree
  • Minimum 3 years year’s administrative experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Strong English command
