Duties and Responsibilities- Providing
exemplary service to all clients in order to ensure repeat sales through
client satisfaction
- To
assist the corporate division with all administrative tasks
- To
prepare gate passes and assist corporate showroom client in the absence of
corporate sales executives.
- Receive
calls and take messages for the corporate division
- Deliver
and collect tender documents
- Collect
cheques from clients once they are ready
- Maintain
neat organized filling for all important documents
- Follow
up and arrange for deliveries when required
- To
adhere to and uphold Hotpoint’s core values
Requirements:
- Minimum
college degree
- Minimum
3 years year’s administrative experience
- Good
communication skills
- Good
computer skills
- Ability
to multitask
- Can
work well under pressure
- Strong English command
