Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Economics
or other related course
- 3+ years working experience in a research
environment
- Experience with coordinating fieldwork,
handling field teams, training field personnel, project budgeting and
planning and overall research projects management
- Demonstrated ability to run and coordinate
multiple qualitative research projects
- Experience in coordinating youth research
projects is an added advantage

supervisors, Field interviewers and Transcribers
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects under extreme
pressure
- Manage, lead and motivate the people working
with and under you in the field on all the projects
- Prepare project budgets, manage field costs,
carry out reconciliations
- Put in place proper systems to ensure quality
of data collected from the field is of utmost quality
- Put in place coordination process that would
ensure quality of consumers recruited in all the regions for all the
projects are up to standard with set guidelines for the objectives of the
project
- Preparation of stimulus materials for
different studies as well as ensure all field tools are ready on time
- To allocate and disseminate work to Field
supervisors, interviewers and transcribers so as to ensure the most
effective allocation of resources
- To manage and monitor project actual expenses
vis-à-vis project budget
- To hold daily meetings with Supervisors /
Junior Coordinators to discuss fieldwork status of each project and then
prepare and present Weekly Project Status during progress meetings
- Coordinate day-to-day management of the
ongoing projects
- Perform other duties as required that may
arise during your tenure
