Position: Operations Manager
The purpose of this role is to
co-ordinate Sales activities / Payments / imports / tenders with the relevant
external & internal stakeholders.
To make accurate primary forecast of
products as required by market & also planning, organizing and coordinating
all administrative functions.
- Collection of dues (overdue) from the Market
within 90 days of billing
- Coordination with Institutions team / Director
with respect to Tender supplies & quotes
- Coordinate with team / Surgilinks in terms of
sales projections/ operational issues which need to be looked into.
- IDFs/ PI Shipments for entire region in
coordination with Surgilinks & Head office
- Sales data to Team on Friday weekly/ Monthly
team wise and monthly reports to Head Office
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or related
field. First degree - an added advantage.
- Minimum three years’ work experience in office
management.
- Basic appreciation of accounting.
- Exposure to debt collection and Customer
handling essential. Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to Multi- task is an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to build and
manage teams.
- Good interpersonal relations.
- Professional qualification in Purchasing and supplies is added advantage.
