The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account
entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering
account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing
accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by
collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss
statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by
auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and
recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by
coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by
collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing
data base backups
- Consult and report to managers any tasks
given
Required Skills and Qualifications
and experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Commerce, Finance and CPA qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Experience working within a multinational
company with several branches is an added advantage
- Interpretation of finance data for Non Finance
Managers and cash flow management
- Fluent written and spoken English,and
Kiswahili
- Knowledge of accounting software like
Primavera is an added advantage
- Should be willing to relocate to Mozambique if

The duties and responsibilities

- Monitor, control and manage business

Sales
- Overseeing Sales on Business to Customer (B2C)

- Experience in sales and marketing is

- Analytical skills; (Excel/ CRM Tools/ Computer

Our client is looking to fill the
position of Sales Supervisor who will be based
in Mozambique;
The duties and responsibilities will
include but not limited to;
- Formulate pricing policies
- Ensure pricing is correct
- Attend trade shows to identify new services
and products.
- Coach, train, recruit and discipline employees
- Evaluate on the job performance of sales team
- Identify future and current trends that appeal
to consumers
