Our client is leading global provider
of elevators, escalators and related services.
They manufacture, install, service
and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walks for almost every type of
building requirement worldwide.
They are looking to hire a Senior Call Centre Operator who
will be responsible for managing customer calls, processing and control of
information related to lift breakdown and to carry out administrative duties in
the field operations office.
Responsibilities
- Proactive management of customer call-backs in
line with laid down company procedures;
- Maintain an accurate record of call backs,
breakdowns, switch offs and other customer concerns.
- Escalating customer concerns to relevant
departments and tracking progress on resolution of issues raised
- Assist in maintaining an accurate Existing
Installations fulfilment database;
- Manage customer satisfaction surveys
- Analyse and present customer issues/concerns
data in an informative way that will be easy to interpret and make
decisions;
- Providing administrative support and any other
duties assigned by the management
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration;
- Minimum of five (5) years call centre
experience in the services industry;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict
deadlines.
