Our client, The Embassy of Ireland, Kenya, requires an Administrative Assistant
 
Responsibilities to include the following: 

  • Work in support of Embassy Staff;
  • Assist in the development of, and support for, administrative systems in the Embassy;
  • Manage files, logistics and procurement;
  • Provide support in Embassy meetings, visits and functions.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration.
