Main missions and tasks:
Main missions and tasks:
- Monitoring the Company’s portfolio in terms of
follow up on clients payments
- Managing collection of clients installments
- Managing portfolio of facilities under
litigation in line with the risk policy of the group, internal procedures
and Kenyan law
- Advising the company on legal matters
- Managing the relationship with external
parties such as lawyers, bailiffs, auctioneer etc.
- Implementing write-offs, in conjunction with
Management as well managing non recoverable provisions
- Preparing monthly recoveries and portfolio
reports

- High degree in law studies
Professional Background:
- Someone who has worked in a similar position
for 3 to 5 years
