Purpose of the Job: The
successful candidate will be responsible for the reception desk, carrying out
general Administration duties and will be required to assist with the day to
day running of the
Business center.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring guests are welcomed and receive a
outstanding level of customer service
- To carry out the day to day administration of
the front office, including answering telephone calls, emails.
- Responding to telephone and face to face
enquiries
- Communicating information with the
company’s directors
- Typing, filing and retrieving documents
including producing mail merges
- Maintaining and Updating financial records
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Creating and invoicing our clients
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and
entered into the computerized Accounting system
Skills & Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar
position.
- You will have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Must have experience in Sales
- You will be continuously seeking ways to
improve on customer service and standards surrounding the business centre.
- You should be passionate in delivering first
class customer service every time
- A diploma in business administration or CPA 5
