developing an efficient capital market in Kenya.
The Authority is looking for

As part of strengthening institutional capacity, the Authority intends to hire 10 management trainees.

dynamic fresh university graduates evidencing excellent performance and
potential for development into future challenging roles in the Authority.
This is a unique opportunity for
trainees to gain a comprehensive appreciation of the critical perspectives and
challenges in the capital markets sector.
The Management trainee programme will run for a duration of two years with evaluations to confirm suitability for continued engagement to the end of the training period.

The successful trainees will be
considered for absorption into normal staff of the Authority subject to
availability of vacancies at the end of the programme.

- A minimum of Upper second class Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrable relevant leadership capabilities
through roles undertaken at school or community level.
- Must have graduated within the last two years
( i.e. from 1st January 2014 to 31st December 2015)
- Below 27 years of age as at January 29, 2016
Candidates will require to be
available to work full time (8am - 5pm) for the duration of the 2 year
programme without exception.
