They are looking for a Loans Manager to beef up their lending activities.
The Position: The overall objective of this position is to grow a high yield portfolio loans book and manage all client relationships to ensure world class customer service and maximum returns.

Responsibilities
- Daily Loan Applications Processing
- Loan applications review and underwriting
- Loan book growth and management
- Weekly Report on all loan status
- Management of arrears through the daily
monitoring of loans
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Microfinance /
Sales / Marketing / Administration or related field
- Demonstrate high level of organization and
leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- High level of dynamism, autonomy, accuracy and
anticipation.
- Should possess a positive, outgoing
personality a good team player with leadership ability.
