Main missions and tasks: Reporting to the Chief Executive Operating Officer of the company, the Key Account Manager will be able to build the strategy of his portfolio link with his budget to reach his target.

Main tasks are:
  • Be in relation with the commercial department (Middle and back office) and motivate individuals to work together for the overall benefit of the company
  • Develop commercial and relationship management with current and potential leasing clients
  • Develop the leasing portfolio through a clear and scheduled plan of prospection
  • Prepare commercial part of leasing facilities
  • Identify and develop new business
  • Follow the increase of the market penetration and analyze competitors positioning within the market
  • Identify and work with key players in the market place: key accounts, car dealers, equipment suppliers etc…
  • Act as the primary conduct of communication between the customer and the company, promoting the organisation way of proximity and speed
  • Promote organisation’s Tanzania brand and product all around the country
Profile of the Position:

Education Background
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Professional Background:
  • Must have worked for a financial institution, a bank or for an insurance company (3-5 years)
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan market is important (Corporate and SME’S)
  • Possess knowledge of financial and accounting and legal bases, fiscal and economic
  • Having the qualities of communication and pedagogy
Human qualities, compartmental profile:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team: managerial skills
  • Hard worker, able to work under pressure, and hard learner
  • Unifying
