Job Summary: The credit officer is responsible for customer recruitment within the assigned area in a way to ensure growth of a high quality loan book leading to overall expansion and growth in branch business. 


Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring adequate and comprehensive appraisal of loans.
  • Ensuring compliance to loan policies and procedures
  • Timely and efficient collections for high quality loan book
  • Customer training
  • Ensure portfolio growth in customer numbers and Outstanding Loan balance
  • Excellent customer care
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned from time to time.
Key Deliverables
  • Portfolio at risk(PAR) less than 2% in the region
  • Growth of loan book
  • Client retention.
