Job Summary: The
credit officer is responsible for customer recruitment within the assigned area
in a way to ensure growth of a high quality loan book leading to overall
expansion and growth in branch business.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring adequate and comprehensive appraisal
of loans.
- Ensuring compliance to loan policies and
procedures
- Timely and efficient collections for high
quality loan book
- Customer training
- Ensure portfolio growth in customer numbers
and Outstanding Loan balance
- Excellent customer care
- Any other relevant duty as assigned from time
to time.
Key Deliverables
- Portfolio at risk(PAR) less than 2% in the
region
- Growth of loan book
- Client retention.
