AIC Kijabe Hospital, a church based
hospital that has been in existence since 1915. The hospital is a 285 bed
facility that does more than 13,000 surgical procedures and serves over 130,000
outpatients annually.
1. Supply Chain Manager
Reporting to the Finance Director,
the Supply Chain Manager provides leadership in procurement and inventory
management services, including but not limited to, procuring goods and services
in accordance with the hospital’s policy and standards; providing guidance,
advice and support to ensure procurement and inventory management processes are
effective, efficient, ethical and provide the best possible value for money to
the KH.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
- Professional Certification in Purchasing and
Supplies (CIPS).
- First degree in Purchasing and Supplies or any
other business related degree.
- 3 – 4 years of progressive experience in
supply chain management.
- A self motivated and ethical individual with
good communication skills.
2. Registered Nurses
Qualified Nurses are invited to apply
for the above position(s).
The successful candidates will be
involved in provision of high quality nursing care and support the spiritual
ministry of the hospital.
Excellent and high valued training

Applicants MUST be committed
Christians with a degree or diploma in Nursing.
Registration with Nursing Council of
Kenya and in good standing is a MUST.
3. Accountant
Reporting to the Finance Director,
the Accountant will provide financial accounting services under the supervision
and direction of the line manager.
Minimum acceptable qualifications and
experience:
- CPA-K.
- Bachelor of commerce degree.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Minimum KCSE C+ (plus).
- Must be a born again Christian.
4. ICT Manager
Reporting to the Finance Division
Director, the successful candidate will provide overall leadership of the ICT
department in the design, development and maintenance of information and
communication systems so as to ensure that ICT drives the achievement of organizations
goals.
Minimum acceptable qualifications and
experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 5 years of progressive experience in ICT, of
which at least 2 years should be in team leadership of a high performing
ICT team.
- In-depth knowledge of project management,
business continuity planning and strategic management.
- Knowledge of leading edge developments in ICT.
- Proven ability in raising the level of ICT
utilization across all functions.
