Our client is one of the largest
corporate and commercial law firms in Kenya.
They provide legal advice and
transaction services to a wide range of international and local clients.
They are looking to recruit a
competent and dynamic Administrative Assistant to
provide administrative support to the Practice Development Department.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients
- Handle various forms of correspondence;
prepare documents such as reports and letters as well as distributing all
incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and
reserve resources for the same
- Review calendars and anticipate logistical
opportunities or future needs
- Maintain Practice Development files- maintain
client records through filing, storage, compilation and updating.
- Facilitate general service requests by clients
- Assign/track tasks to ensure completeness
- Organise and arrange staff cards
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business
Administration or other related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years in administration
preferably in the professional services sector.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- Presentable
- Good planning and organizational skills
