Administrative Assistant Job in Kenya

Our client is one of the largest corporate and commercial law firms in Kenya. 

They provide legal advice and transaction services to a wide range of international and local clients.
 
They are looking to recruit a competent and dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Practice Development Department. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients
  • Handle various forms of correspondence; prepare documents such as reports and letters as well as distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and reserve resources for the same
  • Review calendars and anticipate logistical opportunities or future needs
  • Maintain Practice Development files- maintain client records through filing, storage, compilation and updating.
  • Facilitate general service requests by clients
  • Assign/track tasks to ensure completeness
  • Organise and arrange staff cards
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in administration preferably in the professional services sector.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentable
  • Good planning and organizational skills
