Job Title: SACCO Admin Assistant

Our client is a Savings and Credit Co-operative Society (SACCO) in Nairobi. 

They are looking to fill the position of an admin assistant who has experience in the same field. 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring members records and accounts are well-maintained and statutory returns filed.
  • Advising members on the matters concerning the organization
  • Recruiting new members to the SACCO
  • Marketing the organization  to both members and non-members
  • Advising the management on the best way to ensure 100% take up of all projects within minimal time
  • Oversight of office administration
  • Filing payment vouchers and other accountable documents
  • Any other duties allocated by the superiors
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
  • Diploma form Co-operative college
  • Should also have worked in a SACCO environment
  • They should have exposure in accounts
  • Young and energetic
  • Good communication skills
