Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring members records and accounts are
well-maintained and statutory returns filed.
- Advising members on the matters concerning the
organization
- Recruiting new members to the SACCO
- Marketing the organization to both
members and non-members
- Advising the management on the best way to
ensure 100% take up of all projects within minimal time
- Oversight of office administration
- Filing payment vouchers and other accountable
documents
- Any other duties allocated by the superiors
Qualifications, Experience &
Personal Attributes
- Diploma form Co-operative college
- Should also have worked in a SACCO environment
- They should have exposure in accounts
- Young and energetic
- Good communication skills
