Accounts Manager 
 
The role of Accounts Manager is to identify sales opportunities and making sales pitch.

He or she also follows up with the client till the final order confirmation is received from the client.
 
Reporting: The Accounts Manager reports to the Business Development Manager.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Perform external analysis to identify market size, growth rate, market share, industry trends, opportunities etc).
  • Also perform internal analysis with regards to availability of salesforce, financial resources, and capabilities etc.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify their sales strategy, market share, product & service range etc. and share its findings with Business Development Manager.
  • Doing demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Preparing proposals and tenders.
  • Ensure sales targets are met as desired by top management.
  • Handle sales inquiries related to new sales, cross-sales and subscription renewal.
  • Allocate potential leads to sales executives for follow up.
  • Clarify any doubts that the client may have regarding the offer or STL products/services.
  • Identify New Product Development or Product Enhancement Opportunities based on industry trends or feedback from clients etc.
  • Ensure payments are collected on time as required.
  • Maintain good relationship with the client.
  • Set sales targets for sales executives.
  • Review the performance of sales executives at a regular interval.
  • Train the sales executives on selling STL products/services.
Key Participatory Areas
  • Supervise the sales activities (calling up clients, sending emails, proposal etc.) of sales executives under him/her.
  • Provide client related details to customer service and support team whenever required.
  • Update a CRM system (Zoho) on a daily basis.
  • Support the department whenever required in taking client feedback and in conducting customer surveys.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be at least a Degree holder with a bias of Sales and Marketing.
  • A post graduate Diploma in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
  • The candidate must have at least 2 year experience in sales and marketing preferably in Bto B sales.
  • Following  skills  are  desirable;  Presentation,  Analytical,  Good  spoken  and  written English, Knowledgeable on current affairs, Tenacity, Client Relationships, Emphatic, Excellence, Aggressive yet persuasive,Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Sales Planning, Administrative Independence and Passion for work.
