Chapacopy was started in 2012, with
the initial bureaus being Koinange and CrossRoad - Karen.
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Motorbike Rider / Messenger to join our team.
We are seeking professionals who are
qualified to and whose primary be responsibility will be to build relationships
with new and existing business customers with the goal of providing total copy
and print solutions as well as enhancing productivity and customer service
experience.
Responsibilities Include:
·
Collecting the official mail,
documents, products and cheque from bureau shops and delivering as requested.
·
Collect jobs as directed from bureaus
and deliver to customers, offices as requested.
·
As directed, be responsible for the
maintenance of designated motorbike and inform the Help Desk
Coordinator/Accountant when maintenance needs to be carried out.
·
Carry out weekly mechanical checks on
designated motorbike.
·
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of
the office/motorcycle.
·
Maintain the motorbike in a
presentable clean state.
·
Check engine and gear box oil level
as specified.
·
Verify correctness of all tyres’ air
pressure as specified in manufacturer’s manual and assess tyres’ tread, wear,
evenness and damage.
·
Be responsible to inform the Help
Desk Coordinator of re-registrations and insurance procedures for motorbike.
·
Carry out any other duties as
directed by Help Desk Coordinator or Accountant (if within job description).
·
Ensure the safety of self, products
or any items on transit at all times when on duty.
Qualifications / Knowledge /
Experience:
Essential:
·
Secondary Education is require,
·
Minimum 2 years of relevant work
experience as a rider and messenger highly preferred.
·
Valid driving license and Certificate
of Good Conduct a must have.
·
Fluent in Verbal and Written English
and Kiswahili.
·
Experience in a similar position in
busy organization.
·
Basic computer skills considered an
asset
We are currently recruiting for

Service Assistants to join our team.
We are seeking professionals who are
qualified to and whose primary be responsibility will be to build relationships
with new and existing business customers with the goal of providing total copy
and print solutions as well as enhancing productivity and customer service
experience.
Responsibilities Include:

Respond to promptly to customer
inquiries.
·
Handle and resolve customer
complaints; ensure issue is resolved to customer’s satisfaction. Refer any
complex requests and unresolved issues to the bureau supervisor
·
Obtain and evaluate all relevant
information to handle product and service inquiries, seek clarification,
guidance where required.
·
Provide information request on
pricing, product, service, and delivery. Organize workflow to meet customer
timeframes
·
Customer verifications as
required.
·
Process orders, forms, and
requests
·
Follow up on customer leads
·
provide feedback on the efficiency of
the customer service process
·
Contribute to a positive &
energetic environment Attend Classroom Training and Standard Daily Meetings as
requested
·
Any other duty may be assigned from
time to time by the line manager/Bureau Supervisor
Qualifications / Knowledge /
Experience:
Essential
·
College diploma or vocational
training certificate in customer care.
·
Experience in a similar position in a
busy environment highly desirable.
