The client currently is a medium
sized contractor within the Kenyan market, with operations across a number of
sub-saharan countries.
Job Purpose: You will be responsible for Preparing and maintaining schedules, developing and reviewing project baselines, monitoring and tracking progress.

Analysing schedule and preparing Time
Impact Analysis or recovery schedule.
Supporting the project(s) in all
other aspects of scheduling analysis and special studies.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Create and revise in-depth large detailed CPM
schedules.
- Perform regular progress updates and create
target comparison and periodic forecasts.
- Conduct schedule review and/or tracking for
multi-million dollar projects.
- Provide assistance to the Management team on
project controls policies & procedures and monitor and evaluate all
project controls programs, and scheduling.
- Maintain communications and support the
interchange of information between the project field team and other
involved agencies.
- Provide assistance to the Management team to
analyze claims and value proposals to establish schedule implications.
- Act as liaison for scheduling group and
program / project office to provide feedback and summary information regarding
projects and program schedule.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work with Junior Schedulers as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the
preparation, development of Design and Construction CPM Schedules.
- Relevant construction scheduling experience in
planning, scheduling, expediting and maintaining and reporting the
progress of work.
- Experience a minimum of 10 years’ experience
as a scheduler / Planner with general construction experience on projects
greater than $20 Million.
- Must be proficient using Primavera P6 Scheduling software or MS Project
Compensation: A Salary of Kshs 150,000 - 250,000 for right
candidate plus incentives.
