The National Transport and Safety
Authority (NTSA) is a State Corporation established under the National
Transport and Safety Authority Act 2012.

Risk Management Officer

Assist with coordination of the
implementation on Enterprise wide risk management framework, policy, procedures
and systems in order to minimize Authority’s risk exposure and fraud

Enforcement Officers

The Enforcement Officers are
responsible to the Manager, Safety Enforcement and Accident Investigation for
maintenance of a proactive Road Safety enforcement Culture within Kenya,
amongst all motorists through implementation of Road Crash Prevention and
mitigation programs, and maintaining up to date Traffic Crash data and reports,
in the area of jurisdiction through Proactive traffic enforcement of the
department Operational Plans (EOP) and orders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Enforcement of the NTSA Act 2012 and
Traffic Act;

Highway patrol to detect and curb
noncompliance;

Carry out investigations on matters
pertaining on road safety and taking necessary action;

allocated motor vehicle;

Senior Human Resources Officer

The Senior Human Resources Officer
will report to the Manager, HR and Administration and will undertake the HR
projects, coordinate training and development initiatives, performance
management as well as implementation of performance contract deliverables.
Responsibilities

HOD in coordinating the performance management system;

administrative requirements at NTSA offices including cleanliness, facilities
management, stationery and other administration inventory management as well as
provision of relevant staff welfare services ;

Services reports to the Senior Deputy Director ICT.

users of the Authority’s core business applications through training,

functionality of the Authority’s Corporate Applications
