Customer Service Manager
Reporting
to the Managing Director the office bearer will be expected to perform the
following roles:
Duties
and Responsibilities
- In
charge of the Customer Services department.
- Service
both internal and external clients and ensuring information process is
real time and accurate.
- Assist
in the supervision of the day to day port and terminal operations.
- Ensuring
professionalism and discipline within the Customer Service Department
- Ensuring
the company objectives and goals are achieved in an efficient and
cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring
the compliance to company human resources and health and safety policies
and procedures
- Implementing
marketing and business plans to develop and grow sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline - MBA will be an
added advantage.
- Minimum
4 years’ experience with 2 years having been served in a senior position
- Experience
in Customers service/marketing and possess excellent communication and
inter-personal skills
- Creative
team player and results oriented individual.

2. Terminal Operations Manager
Reporting
to the Managing Director the office bearer will be expected to perform the
following roles:
Duties
and Responsibilities
- In
charge of the Port terminal operations. Continuously motivating,
supporting and harnessing the Team towards the goals and objectives of the
company
- Ensuring
compliance to company policies and procedures while effectively managing
and controlling productivity in all shifts.
- Ensure
good relations with all the CFS users/clients such as the Shipping Lines,
KRA, KEBS, Port and other agencies.
- Controlling
and coordinating the daily allocation of manpower and equipment, making
sure requirements are sufficient to serve the activities in all areas of
the Terminal.
- Routinely
observing operational activities and ascertaining that established
productivity / performance benchmarks are met.
Qualifications & Experience
- University
Graduate
- Minimum
of 3-5 years’ experience in similar position will be an added advantage.
- Computer
literate and able to use Microsoft office packages.
- Team
player and results oriented individual.
- Male candidates are preferred.
