Head of
Customer Service
Head of Customer Service is responsible for the development and implementation of customer service strategies aimed at achieving superior customer experience, satisfaction and retention.
S/he
will manage the end to end customer experience, drive customer service quality
results through analysis and re-designing of processes; and implement customer
experience systems, policies and strategies to measure, monitor and control
customer service standards across all lines of business in line with best in
market service delivery standards and practices.
Key Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business field or equivalent
- Relevant
professional qualifications will be an added advantage;
- 7
years of experience in Customer Service Management preferably in FMCG at
senior level
- Experienced
in call centre management and CRM implementation
