Secretary, Personal Assistant, and/or Office Administrator
Education Type
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration
or related field
- Some PA training / qualifications is required
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the
company’s four Managing Directors
- Organise Directors’ electronic diaries and
schedule meetings
- Plan Directors’ travel arrangements and
prepare travel itineraries
- Read and monitor Directors’ emails and respond
to emails as needed
- Record meeting minutes
- Answer calls and handle queries
- Source and manage office supplies and
equipment
- Complete personal tasks for Directors on
as-needed basis, such as sourcing items for home
- Organise and manage documents
- Conduct research
- Manage a budget
