Duties

1. Monitoring collection accounts allocated on a daily basis and takes appropriate actions to ensure that collection portfolio stay within agreed limits and policy.
 

2. Undertaking all forms of communication with the customer that are necessary to ensure that the collection and recoveries portfolio operate.
 

3. Responding to customer queries and complaints through verbal and written correspondences and escalating unsolved cases for collection management review and advice.

4. Identifying and escalating fraudulent accounts to collection management to review for investigation with relevant team.

The salary will be KShs.33,000- (gross).
