Customer Service Executive Job in Kenya

Our client, in tourism industry is currently seeking to fill the position of a Customer service Executive for one of its branches. 

The successful candidate will be charged with tasks of giving excellent services to the customers.
 

Responsibilities
  • Provide literature and information to clients concerning local, travel routes; accommodation; local customs; fares; and travel regulations.
  • Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
  • Plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
  • Make travel, accommodation and related bookings
  • Collect payments and maintain records of transactions
  • Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required
Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Tourism / Management.
  • 2 years progressive customer service particularly in Tourism role
  • Must work well under pressure; be able to juggle many projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
  • Must be bilingual with data base management experience.
  • Basic computer operations.
