Customer Service Attendant Career in Kenya

A service oriented organization seeks to hire a Customer Service Attendant

You will be responsible for handling on phone communication with external clients who make inquiries.

Handling clients who visit the office one on one and advicing accordingly

Advicing clients on which department to visit when they make enquiries

Maintaining a clean front office desk all the time, as well as assisting in other duties as required.
 

Requirements and Skills:
