iWayAfrica Kenya seeks to recruit the
following positions:
Technical Manager
An Engineer with high technical
competence in managing the production process in a similar environment,
preferably with a bias in Networks.
Position is key to maintaining and
improving technical delivery standards and overall technical set up, fault
management and creating redundancy across all Company’s systems.

At least 8 years experience in a
similar role and environment
·
Relevant 4 year degree-Bsc Computer
Science / IS Electrical Eng / Telecom or any other relevant degree
·
Post graduate qualifications will be
an added advantage
·
At least CCNP/MCSE/PMP
Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect
An Engineer with high competence in
solutions design and product development, with excellent knowledge of internet
/ web development technologies.
·
University degree in Engineering,
Computer Science or other related discipline
·
Minimum of 3-5 years post graduate
experience in a similar position
·
Professional experience should be
against a background of borderless networks solution development
·
Certification in Project Management
·
In-depth knowledge of ICT business
environment.
BDM – Channel Management & Public
Sector
Key role is to develop and implement
the company’s Channel Business & Public Sector strategy with a key focus on
growing the portfolio of company’s client base.
·
University degree in
Business/commerce or related discipline, a professional qualification in sales
·
At least 5 years experience in
corporate sales and Channel Management
·
Ability to network and proven track
record of closing sales and meeting sales targets
·
Basic understanding of the Internet
Infrastructure is a must
Business Development Managers
Key role is to generate revenue by
creating new sales and business opportunities while building and maintaining
strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders.
·
University degree in
Business/commerce or related discipline, a professional qualification in sales
·
At least 3 years experience in
corporate sales
·
Ability to network and proven track
record of closing sales and meeting sales targets
·
Basic understanding of the Internet
Infrastructure is an added advantage
