1. Procurement Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director,
he/she will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling all the
activities in the procurement section.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Efficient procurement management in the entire
company,
- Liaising with other user departments, procure
quality and standard goods and services for full beneficial to the company
and ensure implementation of the procurement manual,
- preparation of annual procurement plan,
- managing the annual supplier prequalification
exercise,
- prepare and review suppliers evaluation/bids
analysis,
- request for awards and contracts of
services,
- ensuring compliance with procurement Act 2005
and Rules among others.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in Procurement; or any other degree
plus a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management from a recognized
institution
- Possess a high level of integrity and
excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- At least five (5) years working experience as
a Procurement Manager in a busy organization.
- Preference will be given to those working in a
public institution
- Must be a member of Kenya Institute of
Supplies Management(KISM)
2. System Administrator
Ref: “EWASCO/HR/02/2015”

Reporting to the ICT Manager, he/she
will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration,
operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related
infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Front office user support on the system use
and common error resolving, backing up user data on central file server,
installation of new software and repair of software, installation of
printers and troubleshooting errors, Maintenance of computers and
upgrading systems
Minimum qualification
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
from a recognized university
- Professional qualification CISCO certificate
is an added advantage
- Work Experience: 3 years work experience
3. Technician
Ref: “EWASCO/HR/03/2015”

Reporting to the Water
Superintendent, he/she will be responsible for implementation of operational
and maintenance programs developed by the Design Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the staff under his/her zone,
allocating the duties to the plumbers, monitoring and evaluating their
performance, timely response to all the reported cases in the area of
work, provision of monthly reports and keen in meeting set deadlines
Minimum qualification
- Diploma in Water Engineering with a bias in
Water Distribution or equivalent
- Work experience: 4 years in water distribution
