·                     Need to be able to prepare various cuts while using the butchery equipment (e.g. various knives, grinders, slicers, etc.)

·                     Pack, label, display meat or serve customers directly.

·                     Butchers from local supermarkets as suggested would be ideal

Academic and other qualifications:

·                     At least form four certificate and other relevant certificates

·                     Excellent communication skills

Experience

·                     1 year experience and above as a butcher

Fish Cutters

Job description

·                     Main job is preparing & maintaining the ice display for the fish as well as other sea food (crabs, shells, etc.) Cut, de-bone, descale, prepare fillets, pack, and label
