- Scheduling and attending meetings,
- creating agendas and taking minutes –
- shorthand may be required;
- Word processing;
- Prepares reports by collecting information.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing
filing and retrieval systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed.
- Audio and copy typing;
- Letter writing;
- Dealing with telephone and email inquiries;
- Creating and maintaining filing systems;
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
- Organizing travel for staff.
Minimum Requirement
- Diploma in relevant field
- Good typing skills and Computer literacy
especially in office applications.
- Be flexible, self-starter and able to work
under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Strong customer service skills with friendly and professional
telephone manner.
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Fluency in English
