The CDN Health department wishes to recruit a highly motivated, competent, honest and remarkably talented Receptionist.

Job Responsibilities: The receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Qualifications
·                     Diploma in secretarial studies
·                     Two years of experience in front office management and general office administration
·                     Certificate in information technology
Skills
·                     Verbal and written communication skills;

·                     Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels;
·  Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work;
·  The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure;
·  Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information;
