GM Difference! and Customer Relations Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, Channel Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
·                     Manage training, roll out and implementation of GM Difference! (GMD!) standards to GMEA and its dealers.
·                     Monitoring and evaluation of GMD! Implementation.
·                     Manage the GMD! Reward framework in line with customer care programs.
·                     Institutionalize customer management, retention and support processes in all dealerships.
·                     Champion customer retention and enthusiasm.
·                     Conducting post booking follow-up (PBF).
·                     Regular update of bulletin at the dealerships.
·                     Enhance customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction and related surveys.

Regional Sales Manager

·                     Implement policies and procedures developed by GMEA to uphold brand reputation and create a conducive business environment.
·                     Develop annual dealer business plan and set monthly sales targets.
·                     Formulate monthly vehicle ordering forecasts with dealer participation.
·                     Work out marketing initiatives aimed at sales, service and parts business growth.
·                     Enforce high standards for dealership premises and facility maintenance.
·                     Build and nurture strong dealership teams and help dealer management retain talent.
·                     Assess trends and recommend actions to optimize customer satisfaction levels and dealership profitability.
·                     Monitor working capital availability by analysing cash flows.

Government Sales Executive

Reporting to the Government & Fleet Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
·                     Effective sales prospecting within Government institutions and parastatals.
·                     Provide accurate forecasting to assist in developing initiatives towards increasing sales and market penetration.
·                     Execute and meet sales targets and revenue goals.
·                     Monitor and understand annual Government budget estimates, procurement policies and procedures.
